Biography
I was born in Nacogdoches, Texas. I spent most of my life in McAllen, Texas along our U.S.-Mexico border. Coming from a proud family of ranchers and farmers, I understand the responsibility it takes to serve our rural community.

I was nominated to the Community Policing Advisory Review Board and served as Vice Chair with a truly committed group of residents to improve and improve our police department's policies and make recommendations.

In 2022, I ran for High Bailiff to champion sheriff reform and make things work better for rural Vermont. Later that year, I was elected as a Justice of the Peace — and it couldn't be more fulfilling doing the small acts of good in Bennington!

In January 2023, I was elected to be Secretary of the Vermont Democratic Party where I work to assist the state and executive committee's operations and the party's clerical work to keep us in compliance with the DNC and the State of Vermont.

Now, I am running to be State Representative in the Bennington-2 District. We won the primary by 4 votes — and it's going to take everything we have to win in November.

I plan to serve Bennington's best interest in Montpelier. I hope to focus on my skills and what matters most for our town.
